Recipe dont work..?

3 times in 2 differents regions we have this when we try to eat chicken curry!

we made it before several times without issue
we are 2 with this issue last time I detach and Add HUD's be the same

If you are using the 3.8 HUD I've just put an updated version (3.9) in Mintor. If you have the beta 4 HUD then it should update the nutrition values automatically at some point plus you can force an update by selecting Help then Nutrition which will show current nutrition values then check for an update.
