Frage Baby Backup/Restore/Upgrade: Something wrong, here..?

Given the output, I realize that the Backup option isn't working, apparently. Is the upgrade..? This was attempted from my home turf, while linked to account.

I have to confess I haven't properly looked at the baby system recently. I sort of have it on hold as I found out the baby being used is actually a Second Life one someone 'acquired' and then tweaked. Unfortunately they also didn't really give me the support in developing this that I thought they would

I really want to start from scratch with a 'legal' system but I will endeavour to see why the backup feature has stopped working!
