I've found there is an issue that can cause the list of nutrition values in the HUD to get corrupted and then it won't recognise anything as having value.  I've disabled the bit that's causing the problem so hopefully if you pick up a fress HUD now it should start recognising things again.  You can use the Inspect button to check it gives values.
